Purpose Of The Position
We are looking for an efficient and meticulous Payroll Manager to be part of our vibrant Human Capital team. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that we process accurately and on time the payroll of our employees, handling payroll queries and ensuring the compliance with the statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced Diploma or Certificate in Finance/Human Resources or similar disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in FMCG settings.
- Experience with payroll SAP software, as well as familiarity with Excel and other reporting tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Process payroll from end to end on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Payroll records are processed, which includes new hires, leaves and changes to the employee’s information.
- Calculate your wages, benefits taxes, deductions for tax, as well as other tax withholdings.
- Make and submit the statutory payment.
- Review payroll information and find out any differences.
- Contact HR in conjunction with HR and Finance Departments to guarantee accuracy of pay information.
