Requirements:-

  • More than 5 year in a senior legal management role.
  • A 4-year LLB, must be an admitted Legal Practitioner or someone in possession of a Justice Training Centre Certificate proving completion of articles.
  • A Master in Oil and Gas law.
  • Proven track record of legal, commercial and contractual advisory within professional organizations.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to oil and gas law and contracts, oil and gas leases / titles, exploration agreements, joint operating agreements, and surface use/access agreements.
  • Good Experience and/or exposure to all aspects of the exploration and production industry.
