What You Would Actually Do
This isn’t just standing in a restaurant taking orders. This role is focused on Room Service and Minibar operations. You are the person bringing the “hotel experience” directly to the guest’s room.
- Taking Orders: You’ll answer calls, take food and drink orders, and answer questions about the menu.
- Delivery: You need to get that food to the room promptly and make sure it looks perfect (presentation is everything in a 4-star hotel!).
