Requirements:-

  • Namibian Citizen.
  • 3 – 4 years in a credit risk environment in the Banking, Credit or Finance sector.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or Financial Mathematics.
  • Good understanding of credit risk concepts such as: Economic capital, Expected Loss, PD’s and LGD.
  • Understand the drivers of credit risk across diverse lending portfolios.
  • Proficient in data analytics utilising respective tools like SQL, R, Python etc.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent numerical ability.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player.
