Requirements:-

  • Min Grade 12 plus Higher Certificate
  • Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Business Administration or Accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a front desk, night audit, reception, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in room revenue control, handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks and OTAs.
  • Computer literate (MS Office & Opera Systems)
  • Multilingual in a foreign language (German, French, Portuguese, etc) will be an added advantage.
