Requirements:-

  • A Bachelor (Honours) Degree (NQF Level 8) in Education or an equivalent qualification with three (3) years of relevant experience in Higher Education.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret data effectively. Sound knowledge of curriculum development and design principles.
  • Familiarity with Higher Education legislation and policies and understanding of National Qualification Frameworks (NQFs), including those applicable to Namibia as well as knowledge of Higher Education quality assurance systems and processes.
