  • Job Type:- Human Capital Business Partner
  • Location:- Khomas Region, Namibia
  • Closing Date:- 09 May 2025
  • Salary:- 1,564.39 – 1756.56 NAD

Requirements:-

  • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least four (4) years of experience in a Human Resources Management environment. Experience as an HR Generalist with exposure in organisational development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, remuneration and benefits will be an advantage. Sound organisational, communication, writing and administrative skills. Ability to efficiently multitask and pay attention to detail. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word.
  • All qualifications must be certified by the Police within the last three (3) months, and all foreign qualifications must be validated by the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA). The normal retirement age is 65. Non-Namibian candidates who are deemed suitable for appointment will be offered a contract of five (5) years.
