- Salary:- 1,564.39 – 1756.56 NAD
Requirements:-
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Creative Arts, Cultural Studies, Business, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Tourism Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- An excellent understanding with recent knowledge and experience of Namibia’s tourism sector is a distinct advantage
- Proven understanding of Namibia’s culture and creative industries, including heritage tourism, film, performing arts, and visual arts, is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of key national and economic development fundamentals.
- A strong grasp of tourism and creative industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, particularly within Namibia.
- Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and cultural preservation initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the broader field of tourism or the culture & creative industries.
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders and addressing their needs in tourism or creative sectors.
