Requirements:-

  • Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management or project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing both large-scale and smaller, complex projects across various sectors.
  • Knowledgeable in project management and cost management software (MS projects, CCS, buildsmart, etc.)
  • Familiarity with local tendering and procurement processes.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Quantity surveying experience will be an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
