Requirements:-

  • Are a holder of a postgraduate qualification in Finance / Economics / Business Management
  • Have 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years at management level with direct reports within financial services
  • Have an in-depth understanding/knowledge of transactional banking, cash management and payment products and solutions.
  • Have the ability to keep up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and the evolving needs of businesses to stay competitive in offering relevant products.
  • Have the ability to match the right banking products to client needs, ensuring that businesses are able to optimize their operations with tailored transactional solutions.
  • Have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, prospecting new clients, and closing deals.
  • Skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiating contracts, and cross-selling/up-selling various banking services to maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new business clients.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills and comfortable working with senior management.
