Requirements:-

Have a Minimum Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce Degree and ACI Dealing Certificate
Are a CFA Charter holder, will be an advantageous.
Have 3-5 years’ experience in a dealing environment
Have experience in major financial institutions within a dealing role will be beneficial
Have general knowledge of practical economics relating to business, industry and the Namibian macro-economic environment.
Have general understanding of trends in the global lending market with a view to providing input into the bank-wide lending policy development process.
Have strong leadership and management skills.
Have ability to plan and work systematically.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have problem solving and analytical ability.
Have a strong sense for service excellence.
Have excellent computer literacy
Are highly intelligent, with an aptitude for complex problem solving, and have the ability to “think outside the box”
Are energetic, motivated and a fast learner
