Requirements:-

  • Minimum Qualification – Qualified Charted Accountant
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years experience inclusive of completed articles, ideally within the financial services industry
  • The candidate should have the following Knowledge and skills
  • Ability to understand and quantify risk
  • Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to identify key drivers and opportunities to add to the increased Return on Investment for the business
  • Have broad knowledge of the Insurance Business Income Tax, Law and Accounting
  • Assertive with good communications skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good level of resilience
  • Sound administrative skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of all financial instruments
