Requirements:-
- A Grade 12 certificate, with a National Diploma in Office Administration/Business Administration or equivalent (NQF level 6, from an NQA recognized tertiary institution).
- At least 5 – 10 years’ experience in an administration environment or relevant experience in office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, excel and PowerPoint) advance writing skills and excellent office management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer orientation/focus.
- Interpersonal sensitivity and ability to work in teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Good planning and organizing skills with an attention to detail.
