• Job Type:- Business Generation Manager
• Location:- Windhoek

• Salary:- 1,564.39 – 1756.56 NAD

Requirements:-

•  A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Commerce (NQF level 7) from a NQA recognized tertiary institution.
•  A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or project finance, preferably within a financial institution, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
•  Strong background in lending and deal origination.
•  Good grasp of credit principles ideally in a Banking environment.
•  Sound written and verbal communication skills.
•  Sound customer orientation or focus.
•  Resilience and sound planning and organising skills.
•  Well-developed interpersonal sensitivity and teamwork orientation.
•  Attention to detail, analytical skills and evaluation skills.
