Requirements

Matric Grade 12 (6 subjects) Passed
2-5 years previous experience in a supervisor /manager role
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
Excellent project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of operational principles and policies
Knowledge of the Namibian Labour law
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Team leadership
A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
Drivers licence and or C1 with GP
Computer literate
Must stay in Walvis Bay
