Requirements:-

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary Certification in Finance is a plus
  • Bilingual: Proficient in both English and German.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in agriculture and tourism, specifically managing guest and volunteer relations.
  • Work Ethic: Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and adaptable to changing needs.
  • Guest Relations Experience: Must have hands-on experience in managing guest bookings, dealing with volunteers, and ensuring positive guest interactions.
  • Willingness to Help: Comfortable assisting in all areas, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Willing to reside at a settlement or farm area
