- Establish and maintain solid lasting relationships with customers by knowing their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Regularly follow-up and visits with clients who are already in your database to ensure that they are satisfied and look into possibilities for upselling.
Product Knowledge:
- Keep up-to-date on the latest technology in telecom and services as well as the latest industry developments.
- Present product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate the benefits and value of our products.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Create and present exact sales proposals and quotations.
- Conciliate contract terms and conclude deals efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Follow competitor activity and industry trends to spot trends in the market and adjust sales strategies to reflect these changes.
- Send feedback to management regarding the needs of customers products’ performance, customer satisfaction, or market opportunity.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate in conjunction with different teams such as marketing, customer service and technical support to ensure the smooth service delivery.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events and networking opportunities to help promote the brand’s image and services.
Requirements

- It is essential to be able work in a team.
- You must have an legitimate driver’s license as well as an automobile that is reliable..
- Possibility to canvass and look for work, or sell Fiber contracts.
- Fluent fluent English, Afrikaans and German is a good recommended
