Requirements:-

  • Honors degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology – NQF level 8
  • 6 years’ relevant HR experience (of which 2 years at supervisory) in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee, wellness and industrial relations, AA (EEC), performance management, and Namibian employment laws.
  • Extensive Experience on SAP HR Modules
  • Code B Driver’s License
