  • An Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in software engineering/computer science/business computing or any equivalent qualification at NQF level 6, plus at least 2 appropriate years of experience. Be proficient in databases, programming and modelling languages. MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL skills would be an added advantage.
  • Valid driver’s licence serves as an added advantage
Job Type:- Control Administrative Officer
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration/ Management, Procurement management or Transport Management or related field.
  • 7 years’ appropriate experience of which 3 years should be on the level of Administrative Officer Grade 8.
Job Type:- Chief Analyst Programmer
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A Degree or higher qualification in software engineering/computer science/ business computing or any equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 or higher, plus 5 years of appropriate experience of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
  • Be proficient in databases, programming and modelling languages.
Job Type:- Control Administrative Officer Grade 6
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management or related field at NQF level 6, plus at least 5 years’ appropriate experience.
  • Additional certification in election administration or public administration will be an added advantage.
Job Type:- Learning Development Officer Grade 8
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A B-Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology or related field at NQF Level 7.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with five (5) years working experience as a Human Resource Practitioner or Learning and Development Officer or Training Officer.
Job Type:- Private Secretary Grade 8
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, Office Management/Secretarial Studies or related field of study.
  • 5 years’ appropriate experience in an Administrative, Executive Assistant or Secretarial role of which three (3) years must be at the level of Executive/Private secretary Grade 9.
Job Type:- Administrative Officer Grade 12
Location:- Windhoek, Namibia
Closing Date:- 25 April 2025
  • A grade 12 certificate (NQA Level 3)
  • A diploma in transport management, Business Management/Administration and relevant field will be an added advantage.
