Requirements:-
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Code B Driver’s license.
- Tertiary qualification, Degree, or Trade Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical and solar systems products and suppliers.
- 3-4 years’ experience in solar/electrical technical diagnosis environments.
- Understanding of low voltage (AC&DC electrical systems).
- Understanding of the topologies of Inverters, batteries and solar panel technologies.
- High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service & Strong Administration skills.
- Familiarity with the retail industry, including knowledge of market trends, key players, and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
- Strong Numerical skills.
- Strong operational skills.
