Purpose Of The Position
Control the operations of the frontline staff as according to established standards and procedures for providing service excellence to customers to ensure the financial viability of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- At least 3 years of advanced Frontline knowledge in retail setting.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise all frontline transactions according to the established policies and procedures.
- Check that staff have enough money and equipment for cashier tasks.
- Help with the physical count of cashiers’ withdrawals during the cashing-up procedure.
- Take a moment to sign off Cash Collection Banking daily.
- Make sure that quick and effective service is provided to customers. Respond to questions from customers.
- Check to ensure that the area is washed and left clean when the business is over.
- Outline procedures, policies and operational needs on a regular basis to new and incumbent appointees.
