Experience & Requirements
- Some experience in Sales is considered an advantage.
- Must be a Namibian citizen.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Must be computer-literate and proficient with mobile technology i.e. smart phones/tablets.

Qualifications
- A completed matric/grade 12 is essential.
- A Valid Drivers License is essential.
- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or similar is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generating prospective customers through “warm and cold calling”.
- Planning customer visits and meetings and conducting Store Audits to maximise opportunities in the trade, by ensuring forward share, pricing and promotional strategies are implemented.
- Tracking activities, attending weekly sales meetings and updating team on progress of specific activations.
- Developing, learning and communicating specific sales propositions to customers and the merchandising team.
- Implementing company sales strategy and plan.
- Attaining all set targets and achieving KPIs.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of our brands, products and competitor activities.
- Working with other teams within the company to open new opportunities for the business.
- Collecting and verifying market information for micro and macro market analysis.
- Managing Merchandising Team attendance and performance.
