Requirements:-

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, or relevant qualifications.
  • At least 6 years of generalist experience, with 3 years at management level within the medical aid industry.
  • Police Clearance not older than 6 months is required.
  • Experience in the insurance industry will serve as distinct advantage.
  • Proven expertise in corporate governance, financial oversight, and risk management.
  • A generalist mindset with the ability to work across multiple domains while ensuring strategic execution.
  • Ability to collaborate with legal advisors, actuaries, and other key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Namibian residency or permanent residency status for foreign applicant.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving legislative framework, particularly the FIMA Act, will be considered a significant advantage
