Requirements:-

• Are a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Economics, Finance, Investment Management
• Completion of CFA Level II will be advantegous.
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5  years’ experience in property investments, infrastructure financing, or credit analysis.
• Have experience in private equity investments, project finance, or structured finance will be beneficial
• Have a strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Have solid understanding of credit assessment and risk management in alternative assets.
• Have knowledge of the Namibian property and infrastructure investment landscape.
• Have excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
